Angelfunk Studio & Gallery

Hi and welcome...well this is my first Blog ever and I hope to keep it short and informative.  I will endevour to update it regularly and keep everyone informed on what I'm up to, what new things are happening at Angelfunkstudio ...what creative discoveries I have made ...what medium I'm playing with and even what to expect from the Angelfunk range coming out soon. 

I have lots and lots to write but I will keep it brief.  I have been doing a lot of playing with resin and fabrics and I must say they are looking awesome.  The colours and variety of fabrics available make your creative and design options limitless and I like that.  Not to mention how good the resin cabochons look with all the beautiful fabrics embedded.  All the little cabochons I am making at the moment will more than likely become bright and vivid cocktail rings.  With summer round the corner what better thing to sport on your non gloved hands but a stunning colourful cocktail ring.  I will have images coming to the Gallery soon.  I will keep everyone posted.

I have also been very busy pactising my digital art on a wonderful site http/www.deviantART.com a great place to share your artisan crafts with a whole different range of Artists from all over the world. A site which brings all the fields of Art in its broad meaning into one .  The inspiration you can draw from such a creative and artistic website is just astounding.    I plan on using my artwork created through this website in my upcoming jewellery designs.  I have been working closely with two fantastic Digital Artists  and I have their permission to use any of their art stock that I have manipulated into artwork in my jewellery designs.  So I am wrapped.  So my thanks to Sean & Ashlie Nelson from *Ashensorrow Premade Backgrounds Stock http/www.ashensorrow.deviantart.com/  If you have a minute please have a look at these great artist's work. I have put a few pictures up here of some of my creations.  More on what I plan to do with them soon.  I will post the full range in my Gallery so please have a look and let me know what you think.

There is lots more to write about...like the Angelfunk Online Shop for all your PMC needs.  I plan on having a whole range of products available soon so that all my wonderful students and everyone else can buy all they need and keep up their awesome creative work.  That will include all Dichroic Glass and Equipment, Resin and Polymer, enamels for copper and much much more .  But we can leave that for another day.
